10-Minute Hummus Lunch Wraps! An easy, healthy lunch for busy days. Use any amount of the vegetables and fillings you like. You can also add any other vegetables you have on hand.. I love tomatoes, red onion and bell peppers as well!


    • hummus
    • cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
    • avocado, slice
    • 1 gluten-free tortilla

Fillings: (use any amount of each ingredient you like)

  • d
  • salt & pepper
  • olives
  • pepperoncini
  • feta cheese
  • spinach
  • olive oil


  1. If need, microwave the gluten-free tortilla for 15 seconds on each side to make it pliable.
  2. Spread the tortilla with hummus. Top with cucumber, avocado, and salt and pepper. Top with olives, pepperoncini, feta cheese, a handful of spinach and a drizzle of olive oil. Wrap and slice. Enjoy!


MAKE IT DAIRY-FREE: Omit the feta cheese.
