There are few things in the world better than a perfectly toasted, gooey marshmallow sandwiched in between slightly melted chocolate and crispy graham crackers!
Glutino just launched a brand new gluten-free graham cracker that is absolutely delicious! I am a big fan of all Glutino cookies (I can’t be trusted with a box of these Milk Chocolate Wafer Cookies) and these graham crackers will make all of your gluten-free dessert dreams come true.
They are perfect for s’mores, but can also be crushed up and used as graham cracker crumbs in all your favorite desserts. Hello cheesecake, 7-layer bars, and key lime pie. There are so many desserts that can easily be made gluten-free just by switching up the cookie crust.
These are some of my very favorite gourmet s’mores combinations. We make s’mores on the grill all the time and even in the microwave occasionally. So no need to save these ideas just for a campfire!
Is there anything better than chocolate and peanut butter? Add some Glutino Gluten-Free Pretzels and this sweet and salty combination is hard to beat. I spread the graham crackers with peanut butter and layer the s’more with a few pretzels, a peanut butter cup and of course a toasted marshmallow. This definitely makes for a decadent treat!
Years ago my husband and I went to a lakehouse with some of our best friends and one of our friends brought the makings for these s’mores. White chocolate and granny smith apple might seem like an usual combination, but with a sprinkle of cinnamon it works so well in a s’more. I love it when the chunk of white chocolate starts to melt from the toasted marshmallow. This s’more tastes like a candy coated apple!
Dulce de leche and banana taste so delicious together! The caramely taste of dulce de leche and a few bananas is perfect with the crispy graham crackers. This is a really easy combination to add to a s’mores spread.
Everyone knows strawberries and Nutella are irresistible inside a crepe – but this combination is also fabulous in a s’more! In this s’more Nutella stands in for the usual chocolate bar. You could also add bananas instead of strawberries if you like!
Here is a quick video to show how I assemble each combination. Hooray for delicious gluten-free graham crackers. I hope they will make a s’mores party (and countless other gluten-free desserts) possible in your life soon!
