- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup orange juice (or 1/2 cup orange juice + 1/2 cup water)
- 1/2-1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
