Green Smoothie Week: Mixed Berry Mango Kale Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice (or 3/4 cup orange juice + 3/4 cup water)
  • 1/2 cup something creamy (yogurt, kefir, coconut milk)
  • 1-2 cups kale

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

*For the kale, I don’t pack the cups down. I usually add 1-2 loose handfuls.

*You may want to thin the smoothie with up to 1/2 cup juice/water to the consistency you like.
