Whole limes give this smoothie a great flavor and mask the “green”. To peel the lime, cut the top/bottom off, then cut down the sides to remove the skin/white part like you would a melon. Alternatively you can squeeze in lime juice at the end.
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 2-3 cups greens (spinach, kale, chard, etc.)
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2-3 whole limes, peel/pith removed
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
