INGREDIENT NOTES
Chicken: You can use cooked chicken breasts or rotisserie chicken in this recipe. I love the texture and flavor of rotisserie chicken. Plus, it helps save time!
Dairy-free ranch: There are a few different dairy-free ranch dressing options out there, but I prefer Hidden Valley plant-based ranch.
Dairy-free cream cheese: I always turn to Kite Hill cream cheese when I want a delicious, dairy-free or vegan cream cheese option.
Frank’s hot sauce: While you could use another hot sauce in this recipe, it won’t have quite the same flavor. Frank’s red hot sauce is a must for that classic tangy buffalo sauce heat!
Mayonnaise: Hellman’s or Duke’s makes the best dairy-free mayo, in my opinion!
Dairy-free cheese: I like to use Violife Cheddar Shreds for this recipe.
MAKE-AHEAD: This is a great make-ahead appetizer. Just follow all of the steps up to the point of baking, then store in the fridge unto you’re ready to bake.
