12ounceflank steak or round steaksliced very thinly

1tablespoonginger
1/2white oniondiced
1/2green pepperdiced
1cupcelerycut into thin, 1-inch matchsticks
3/4cupshredded carrots
Sauce:
3tablespoonssoy sauce
1 1/2teaspoonssalt
2teaspoonssugar
1-2teaspoonshot sauce
1 1/2teaspoonswhite vinegar
6tablespoonstablespoon water
Instructions
Place a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and heat for 30 seconds. Then add the beef and ginger. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
Add more oil if needed followed by the onion and green pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the celery saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the shredded carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until hot. Serve over rice if desired. Enjoy!
