Green Smoothie Week: Mixed Berry Mango Kale Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie blends tropical flavors with a real healthy punch of kale!

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice or ¾ cup orange juice + ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup something creamy yogurt, kefir, coconut milk
  • 1-2 cups kale

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Protein Powder


  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!


*For the kale, I don't pack the cups down. I usually add 1-2 loose handfuls.
*You may want to thin the smoothie with up to ½ cup juice/water to the consistency you like.
