Cheesecake Party Fruit Salad {Dairy-Free!}

This is a great dish to bring to a party!

For the Fruit:

  • 1 lb strawberries, chopped 16oz
  • 1 lb blueberries 16oz
  • 6 oz raspberries
  • 6 oz blackberries
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup green grapes halved
  • 2-3 bananas sliced

For the Fluff:

  • 1 14 oz can coconut cream or use the cream from the top of 2 cans of coconut milk
  • 4 oz dairy-free cream cheese such as Kite Hill or regular cream cheese, softened
  • cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla


  • Place all the fruit, except the bananas in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, place the coconut cream, cream cheese, honey and vanilla. Using an electric mixer, beat on low then increase the speed to high. Beat until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  • Keep the fruit and fluff separate until just before serving. Fold the fluff into the fruit. Add the bananas and gently stir to combine. Enjoy!


 I keep the "fluff" part separate and stir it together just before serving. I also like to add the bananas just before serving. This feeds a lot of people so feel free to half it for smaller crowds. You can either use a can of coconut cream (like from Trader Joe's) or you can chill 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk for a few hours and scrape the solid part off the top for the coconut cream.
