Notes

RECIPE NOTES
  • I love using this small star cookie cutter for the honeydew melon. It’s so festive and fun for the Fourth! If you don’t have a star cookie cutter, you can just dice the honeydew into cubes.
  • I highly recommend using both fresh lime juice and lime zest. The zest adds even more intense lime flavor and adds great color, too!
  • I love the combination of berries and honeydew in this Fourth of July fruit salad. But you’re welcome to use other red and blue fruits, if you prefer. Watermelon or red grapes could work well!
