This chocolate drizzle popcorn is a delicious sweet and salty treat that only requires three ingredients! Air-popped popcorn is drizzled with melted chocolate and topped with a sprinkle of kosher salt. Yum!
(Optional) If you have an air popper, use the kernels and pop according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you don’t have an air popper, heat a large nonstick pot over medium heat. Add the kernels and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Shake the pot occasionally until the kernels start popping. Then continue shaking the pot until popping is about 5 seconds apart. Remove the popcorn from the heat and pour it onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals, stirring between each one, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Transfer the melted chocolate to a ziploc bag or disposable piping bag and drizzle the chocolate evenly over the popcorn. Sprinkle over the kosher salt.
Place the popcorn in the fridge to chill until the chocolate has set– about 10 minutes. Then break the popcorn into clusters and store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

RECIPE NOTES
Any kind of chocolate will work for this recipe - semi-sweet, milk or dark. I prefer to use a good-quality brand like Guittard.
I prefer the light and fluffy texture of Orville Redenbacher Original Popcorn for this homemade popcorn, but any popcorn kernels will work!
Feel free to dress up this popcorn however you’d like! You could add peanuts, cashews, almonds, peanut butter drizzle, white chocolate chips drizzle, sprinkles, and more!
