  1. I just went to Chik-Fil-A in Pasadena Ca, brand new facility. They indeed have gluten free buns in wrapper and let you set the grilled chicken etc into the bun. Was delicious. But a note inside said there was no guarantee that there was no gluten in the meal. “We are not a gluten free kitchen.” So I think the lawyers insisted on that disclaimer because I had no reaction. I also had the kale salad (delicious!) and the sauces you mentioned (chick-fil-a sauce and Polynesian), and their ranch dressing, no problem. So glad I read this article. I would not have even dreamed much less tried Chick-Fil-A sandwiches as so many fast foods so nothing for gluten free sensitivities.
